A few pieces of Evidence…

Through a Freedom of Information request, we learned that our management colluded with the BC Government to ensure we would be fired with no chance of unpaid leave or medical/religious exemtions.

Below are some exerpts from the FOI document showing how the Health Employers Association of BC (HEABC) colluded with the BC Government to ensure some Healthcare workers would be fired.

Warning, it is a very large (76Mb) file with hundreds of pages and emails embedded!

In this document, even though it is heavily redacted, you will find evidence that the government and the HEABC (Health Employers Association of BC), worked together to ensure that healthcare workers were terminated from employment even though they knew that the healthcare system was currently under a great deal of strain due to the lack of employees. [4][5]

They colluded to make use of their various records to obtain private information such as PHN numbers without the express permission of the people involved. [1]

They were tying up the rules so tight that they even discussed that Firefighters would have to provide proof of “vaccination” to be able to fight a fire in a healthcare facility! [2]

There is evidence that they colluded to ensure the mandates would be a permanent solution with no projected end date.

They refrained from communicating some of the information to managers and department heads during their decision making.

Please support our legal case

We have raise a great deal of money out of our own pockets, but now we could use a little help to continue this fight. This really could be a pivotal court case and has the potential to help a great deal of people moving forward. Your donation would be very much appreciated.

Help struggling Paramedics

Some paramedics have not recovered as well as others from the trauma and upheaval of being fired for no just cause. We are doing what we can to help these people, but our resources are very limited. Tour donation would go a long way to help them to overcome their challenges.
